Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care for all patients both in network and out. Many regular patients for whom we are not in network find they still receive similar benefits with us. In the case that we are not a participating provider with your insurance provider, we will gladly review your benefits with you so you can make an informed choice. Please call us with your insurance information so we can do the research for you.
Understanding Your Insurance
Your dental plan is designed to assist you with dental care costs. It may not cover the total cost of your bill. The contract your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier defines your dental benefits. If you have read the benefit of insurance plan booklet provided by your employer and require additional assistance to understand your benefits, we will be glad to go over it with you in person.

As a courtesy we will gladly submit claims and verify coverage on your behalf to any PPO plan not listed. If you have any questions, check with your carrier for coverage.
We are not contracted with any HMO, DHMO or Fee for service plans unless listed above.
